Hey, I'm Erica, and my journey to becoming a life coach wasn’t an easy one. Like many women, I faced challenges that left me feeling lost, stuck, and disconnected from my true self. But through healing, self-discovery, and empowerment, I reclaimed my power—and now, I help others do the same.
I grew up navigating childhood trauma, becoming a teen mom, and being out on my own at 16 years old.. For years, I struggled with self-doubt, fear, questioning who am I, all while fighting so hard to make sure I didn't make the same mistakes my parents did for my kids. All of these battles made me question my worth and direction in life. But even in my darkest moments, I knew deep inside there had to be more. I just didn’t know how to find it.
One day, I realized I couldn’t keep living the same story over and over again. I made the decision to take control of my life, start healing, and start uncovering my true purpose. Through therapy, mindset shifts, personal development, and deciding to become a Certified Life Purpose Coach myself and through taking courses, I discovered the tools to:
✔ Overcome my self-doubt & limiting beliefs
✔ Heal emotional wounds that held me back
✔ Step into my confidence and embrace who I truly am
It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was life-changing—and it led me to my passion: helping other women transform their lives, just like I did.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next. That’s why I became a life coach—to guide women through healing, clarity, and purpose so they can finally step into their power and create the life they deserve.
